Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for co mmencing a nd comple ting the construct ion of a bridge acr oss the Tennessee River on the Dayton-Decatur Road between Rhea and Me igs Count ies, Tenn essee, a uthorized to be bu ilt by t he Highwa y Department of the State of Tennessee by an Act of Congress ap- proved January 24, 1930, are hereby extended one and three years, re spective ly, from January 24, 1931 . CHAP. 87.-An Act Au thor izin g the a tte ndan ce of the Army Ba nd at the Confederate Veterans' reunion to be held at Montgomery, Alabama . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Presi- dent is authorized to permit the United States Army Band to attend and give concerts at the Forty-first Annual Confederate Veterans' Reunion to be held at Montgomery, Alabama, June 1 to 5, inclu- sive, 1931 . SEC . 2 . For the purpose of defraying the expenses of the band in attending such reunion there is hereby authorized to be appro- priated, out of any money in the United States Treasury not other- wise appropriated, the sum of $7,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary .
