Or- United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent leans and Texas Pacific of Congress is hereby granted to the Cincinnati, New Orleans and Railway Companymay rebuild, etc ., bridge Tex as Pa cific Rai lway Compa ny, lesse e of the Cinci nnati Sou thern across, near Burnside, Ky. Railway, and to its successors and assigns, to rebuild, reconstruct, maintain, and operate its existing railroad bridge and the approaches thereto acro ss the Cumberland River, in th e county of Pulaski, in the State of Kentucky, near the town of Burnside, Vol34,Ip 186. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the T ime extended for United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for bridging, at Smithiand, commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across Vol . 45, pp . 608, 1501. t he C umber land Rive r, at or n ear Smith land, Ken tucky , aut hori zed to be built by the State Highway Commission, Commonwealth of Kentucky, by the Act of Congress approved May 18, 1928, and here- tofore extended by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1929, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from May 18, 1930 . Amendment.
