R . 6121 .1 CHAP . 187 .-An Act To authorize the maintenance of cen tr al warehouses in national parks and national monuments and authorizing appropriations for [Public, No . 145 .1 the purchase of supplies and materials to be kept in said warehouses . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That her eaft er t he Secretary of the Interior, in his administration of the national parks and national monuments, is authorized to maintain central ware- houses at said parks and monuments, and appropriations made for the admi nist rati on, prot ecti on, main tena nce, and imp rove ment of the said parks and monuments shall be available for the purchase of sup- plies and materials to be kept in said central warehouses for distri- bution at cost, including transportation and handling, to projects under specif ic appropriat ions, and tra nsfers between the various appropriations made for the national parks and national monuments are hereby authorized for the purpose of charging the cost of sup- plies and materials, including transportation and handling, drawn from central warehouses maintained under this authority to the supplies, ete , eo n- particular appropriation benefited ; and such supplies and materials tinuo usly avai lable . as remain therein at the end of any fiscal year shall be continuously available for issuance during subsequent fiscal years and to be charged for by such transfers of funds between appropriations made for the admi nistration, p rotection, ma intenance, and improvement of said parks and monuments for the fiscal year then current with- out decreasing in any way the appropriations made for that fiscal year : Provided, That supplies and materials shall not be purchased solely for the purpose of increasing the value of storehouse stock beyond reasonable requirements for any current fiscal year . Approved, April 18, 1930 . CHAP . 189 .-An Act To authorize the United States Shipping Board to sell cer ta in property of the United States situated in the c ity of Hoboken, New J ersey . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representativ es of the United States o f America in Congress as sembled, That the U nited States Shipping Board is authorized for and on behalf of the United States, to sell the right, title, and interest of the United States in the real property described in Schedule A appended to a proclama- tion of the President of the United States, dated December 3, 1918, which was taken over by the United States by a proclamation of the President of the United States dated June 28, 1918, pursuant to the authority vested in him by the Act entitled "An Act making appro- priations to supply deficiencies in appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1918, and prior fiscal years, on account of war expenses, and for other pur poses," appro ved March 28, 1918 . The proper ty tra nsferr ed to the T reasur y Depa rtmen t by t he Sec ond Deficiency Act . fiscal year 1929, shall not be sold under the provisions of this Act . National parks and monuments .
