EMPLOYMENT SERVICE CHAP . 186 .-An Act To amend the Act of Congress approved March 1, 1929, entitled "An Act to provide for the construction of a children's tubercu- losis sanatorium ." Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of the Act of Congress approved March 1, 1929, entitled "An Act to provide for the construction of a children's tuberculosis sanatorium," is hereby amended by increasing the sum authorized to be appro- p riated to car ry out the pr ovisions of t his Act from $500,000 to $625,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be appropri- ated in like manner as other appropriations for the District of Columbia . That if the land proposed to be acquired as a site for the said sanatorium is without the District of Columbia the title to said prop- erty shall be taken directly to and in the name of the United States, and in case a satisfactory price ca n not be agreed upon for the pur- chase of said land, the Attorney General of the United States, at the
