R. 8918.] Jersey, of title to a portion of the site of the present Federal building in that city . [Public, No . 210.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Trenton, N. J. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the See- Part of Federal build- re tary of th e Treasury be, and he is hereby , authoriz ed and dir ected the sityin, conveyed to to convey by quitclaim deed to the city of Trenton, New Jersey, title to all that land of the Federal building site in that city situate on the northeast corner of East State Street and North Montgomery St reet fr onting twenty -five f eet ten inches on the north side of East State Street and extending in a northerly direction the same width along North Montgomery Street for a distance of one hundred and forty-three feet to Postoffice Alley, and now used as a part of N orth M ontgo mery Stree t und er lic ense grant ed by the T reasu ry on August 8, 1919 : Provided, That the land conveyed shall be used P prpose of convey- for street purposes and no other, to be cared for and maintained as ante and reversion for are other public streets in said city, and in the event that the no nus err premises shall cease to be so used for street purposes, the right, title, and interest in the land herein authorized to be conveyed shall revert to the United States and the deed shall recite such limitation and reversionary right.
