CHAP. 259 .- An Act To authorize the sale of the Government property [Public, No. 206 .] acquired for a post-office site in Akron, Ohio . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to dispose of the Government property acquired for a post-office site at Akron, Ohio, located on the southeast corner of East Market and South High Streets, in the following manner : To transfer by the usual quit-claim deed to the city of Akron, for the purpose of widen- ing said East Market Street, the northerly portion of said site, begin- ning at the intersection of the southerly line of East Market Street (between South Main and South High Streets) extended easterly, with the eastern line of South High Street; thence with the eastern line of South High Street north eighteen degrees twenty-five min- u tes east, elev en a nd tw enty one- hundr edths - f eet, to the sout hern line of East Market Street; thence with the southern line of East M arke t Str eet s outh sixt y-six deg rees thirt een minut es ea st, one hundred and thirty-three and seventy-seven one-hundredths feet, to the western line of Wheeler Lane Alley; thence with the western line of Wheeler Lane Alley south eighteen degrees twenty-one min- utes west, ten and eighteen one-hundredths feet; thence north sixty degrees forty-three minutes west, sixty-three and four one-hun- dredths feet; thence north seventy-one degrees fifty-four minutes west, seventy-one and twenty-eight one-hundredths feet to place of beginning; and to sell the remainder of the site upon the terms and conditions provided in t he Act of Congress approved M arch 4, 1913, authorizing the sale of the above old post-office property in Akron, Ohio .
