331 S an Diego, Californi a, togeth er with an y improvem ents ther eon belonging to the United States, as lies to the north of a line running due east from station 300 on the United States bulkhead line as e stabl ished in 19 18, i n con sidera tion of the tran sfer to the Unit ed States by said city of San Diego, free from all encumbrances and wi thout cost t o the Unite d States, o f all right , title, an d interest to the following described property, together with any improvements thereon, now belonging to the said city of San Diego : Beginning at station 300 on the United States bulkhead line, as established in 1 91 8 ; thence south forty degrees thirty-eight minutes thirty-six seconds east along said bulkhead line, a distance of eight hundred and ninety-nine and thirty-eight one-hundredths feet to the south- west corner of that tract of land conveyed by the city of San Diego to the United States of America for a dry-dock station or similar purposes, by deed dated September 3, 1919 ; thence north sixteen degrees no minutes east along the westerly line of said tract a dist ance of se ven h undre d and nine and ninet y-thr ee on e- hundredths feet to a point ; thence due west seven hundred and eighty-one and forty-nine one-hundredths feet to the point or place of beginning . That the Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized to e stabli sh bo undary line s of the Un ited State s prop erty consti tutin g Governors Island, in Boston Harbor, Massachusetts, as follows Beginning at a point in the pierhead and bulkhead line established by the Secretary of War December 1, 1921, in latitude south two thousand one hundred and forty-seven and two-tenths and longitude east twelve thousand six hundred and twenty-five and six-tenths ; thence running north thirty-three degrees fifteen minutes fifty- five and six-tenths s econds east two thousand feet to a point in latitude south four hundred and seventy-five and longitude east thirteen thousand seven hundred and twenty-two and six-tenths ; thence south fifty-si x degrees forty-four minutes four and four- tenths seconds east t wo thousand five hundred feet to a point in latitude one thousand eight hundred and forty-six and three-tenths south and longitude fifteen thousand eight hundred and twelve and nine-tenths east ; thence south forty-nine degrees fifty-three minutes thirty seconds east two thousand five hundred and seventeen and nine-tenths feet to a point in latitude south three thousand four hundred and sixty-eight and four-tenths and longitude east seven- teen thousand seven hundred and thirty-eight and seven-tenths ; thence south thirty-three degrees fifteen minutes fifty-five and six- tenths seconds west two thousand and twenty and five-tenths feet to a point in the United States pierhead and bulkhead line established M arch 6, 1923, in latitude south five thousand one hundred and fifty-seven and eight-tenths and longitude east sixteen thousand six hundred and thirty and four-tenths ; thence north seventy-four degrees west seven hundred and ninety-six and nine-tenths feet in said pierhead and bulkhead line established March 6, 192 3, toa p oint i n lat itude south four thous and n ine h undred and thirty -eigh t and one-tenth and longitude east fifteen thousand eight hundred and sixty-four and four-tenths ; thence north forty-nine degrees fourteen minutes fifty-five seconds west four thousand two hundred and seventy-five and five-tenths feet in said pierhead and bulkhead line established March 6, 1923, to the point of beginning . In addition, the Secretary of the Navy is authorized to establish property boundary lines of an area for a wharf six hundred feet long and one hundred feet wide bordering on the United States pier- head and bulkhead line between the points "K" and "L" and a ri ght of way one hund red feet w ide conne cting said wharf are a La nd f rom ci ty in exchange therefor.
