INTRODUCTORY This issue of Sterling's Wisconsin Rapids City Directory, including rural routes patrons, records another step forward in the history of this prosperous and growing community. It presents an endless array of important and necessary information, com- piled in convenient and logical order, and instantly at the service of the reader. The publishers take pleasure in presenting this volume, with the assurance that the high standard established by them, on all their publications, has been fully maintained, and that neither labor or ex- pense has been spared to produce a work as thor- oughly correct as possible for a publication of this kind.
