James T. Norton (1849-1898) was a laborer. He married Mary E. Fallon (1851-1937) on 20 July 1875 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts. He died in 1898 at age 48. (b. 1849; County Galway, Ireland; d. 28 July 1898; Roxbury, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA)

Death of his sister from cardio renal failure. "In Roxbury, March 18, Catherine A., beloved wife of Patrick J. Murphy (nee Norton). Funeral from her late residence, 82 Francis st. Friday, March 21, at 8:30 a.m. Services at Mission Church at 9:30 a.m. High mass of requiem will be announced later. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited."
