Note - Not a candidate for speedy deletion
[edit]This is a case and Opinion of the Supreme Judicial Court of Maine, Maine's highest court. As such, the case sets caselaw precedent. The public domain document is a notable addition to WikiSource, and is not a candidate for speedy deletion. Smee 15:13, 11 June 2007 (UTC).
- I think that you are mistaken about what are the aims of Wikisource. But I will leave it to others to explain this to you, as it is unlikely that you will listen to me. ≈ jossi ≈ t • @ 15:18, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- I have read the inclusionary criteria for this project. And your tagging and use of "speedy delete" tags on these (4) documents is inappropriate. At best, this is grounds for a discussion, but most certainly not a "speedy" delete. Smee 15:22, 11 June 2007 (UTC).
- What is the value of adding an article such as this? Zero. It contains no information, is about a private person, and it is useless information. ≈ jossi ≈ t • @ 17:17, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- A court case about unemployment benefits of a private person is not notable and fits the criteria as a speedy delete candidate. ≈ jossi ≈ t • @ 20:17, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- This case does not fit the criteria of speedy deletion. It is from the highest court in Maine, establishes case law precedent, and is a helpful addition to the project. Smee 21:24, 11 June 2007 (UTC).
