Source: | From A Compilation of the Messages and Papers of the Presidents 1798-1902, Supplement, by James D. Richardson (U.S. Congressman), Google Books scan, page 404. |
Contributor(s): | Clindberg |
Level of progress: | Proofread and corrected |
Notes: | The source gives a date of February 5, 1902, but multiple other sources give the date as January 24, 1902. This particular source has had several orders printed with incorrect dates (e.g. Talk:Executive Order 108 or Talk:Executive Order 132), so am presuming this is another case. The visit in question started on February 22 -- preparing a month ahead of time makes a bit more sense than two weeks, though I have no real idea. |
