Sources and copyrights

• The original is PD in Myanmar because the author died in 1950 and Myanmar is a 50-years-PYA country. License is probably {{PD-1996}} but it also depends on whether it was published in the USA.
• The "official" translation needs a source and license. Might be covered under {{PD-EdictGov}}. There is an alternate translation here which should be {{PD-EdictGov}} but that depends on who translated it.
• The "literal" translation was probably original to Wikipedia and imported from there. If this is the case, it needs to be moved to Translation namespace and set up as a user translation.
