Incorrect translation in Article 166
[edit]Throughout this translation, except in Article 166, German "Staatsgerichtshof" is translated as "Supreme Judicial Court" and "Reichsgericht" as "National Court". Article 166 in German has "Reichsgericht", but this translation has "Supreme Judicial Court" when it should be "National Court". Can the error be corrected without running afoul of copyright law? - No, it cannot be corrected, although for a different reason. This is a transcription of translation by McBain and Rogers (1922) and we do not correct mistakes in original works, we just transcribe them as they are. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 23:46, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
