Template doesn't function properly within 'ppoem'

This template doesn't work properly within ppoem, at least within the 'page' view. The 'e' is disassociated from the 'y'. Other similar templates (Yu, etc.) seem to have the same problem. Chrisguise (talk) 16:04, 8 May 2023 (UTC)

Tooltip translation

@CalendulaAsteraceae: I saw that you added a hover tooltip to this template. It's a good thought, but it isn't compatible with WS:ANN. It would be fine if this was a new template that was only going to be used in annotated versions, but I have used it myself in many "clean" texts that would have become annotated by this change. Perhaps you might want to consider an opt-in parameter that can be added to annotated editions maybe? —Beleg Tâl (talk) 03:05, 17 June 2024 (UTC)
