The Bar-tender's Guide/Egg Lemonade
Appearance
Egg Lemonade.
(Use large bar-glass.)
- Take 1 large table-spoonful of pulverized white sugar,
- Take Juice of half a lemon.
- Take 1 fresh egg.
- Take 2 or 3 small lumps of ice.
Shake up thoroughly, strain into a soda-water glass and fill up the glass with soda or Seltzer water. Ornament with berries.
