The Bar-tender's Guide/Non-Such Punch
Non-Such Punch.
(For Bottling.)
- Take 6 bottles of claret.
- Take 6 bottles of soda-water.
- Take 1 bottle of brandy.
- Take 1 bottle of sherry.
- Take ½ pint of green tea.
- Take Juice of three lemons.
- Take ½ of a pineapple cut up in small pieces.
Sweeten with white sugar to taste. Strain and bottle immediately. Keep for one month before using. Ice before serving.
