The Bar-tender's Guide/Santa Cruz Rum Punch

Santa Cruz Rum Punch.
(Use large bar-glass).
- Take 1 table-spoonful of powdered white sugar, dissolved in a little water.
- Take 1 wine-glass of Santa Cruz rum.
- Take ¼ wine-glass of Jamaica rum.
- Take 2 or 3 dashes of lemon juice.
- Take 1 slice of orange (cut in quarters).
Fill the tumber with shaved ice, shake well, and dress the top with sliced lime and berries in season. Serve with a straw.
