Five Jersey City men and a Weehawken companion were fined $5 and $2 costs of court each last night by Recorder Michael Mantel at Allendale for violation of the disorderly conduct ordinance, in dressing and undressing in their car on West Maple Street and unlawfully entering Crestwood Club without paying. They are the second large group to be brought in this season by Officer Nelson White on the same charge. All did not have the $7 on their persons, and those who could not pay were given until next Monday to do so. They are Carl Freschi, 27, 410 Palisade Avenue; Eddie Klawa, 25, 94 Jewitt Avenue; Owen J. Burke, 22, 740 Grand Avenue; Charles Kmeck, 24, 230 Pine Street; Peter Gutch, 31, 201 Garfield Avenue, all of Jersey City, and Charles Schwarz, 21, 454 Gregory Avenue, Weehawken. White issued the summonses after he found them parked on the night of July 22. Several from the previous group, unable to pay when they were fined. appeared last night with the money in accordance with their promise. Thomas Wolf of Emerson, age 20, was fined $3 and $2 costs for failing to carry his registration card with him.
