Rai Kiran Chandra, Rai Bahadur (1910), Zamindar of Jessore; belongs to the Narail family who are privileged to have twenty retainers; b. 1869; among his works of public utility are Narail Victoria College, Narail Charitable Dispensary, Bathing Ghats at Cossipur and Mirzapur (United Provinces); a Commissioner of the Cossipur and Chitpur Municipality and Honorary Magistrate of the Sealdah and Barnajone Benches.
