Capt. Kinner's Wound Fatal.
Port Jefferson, Long Island; April 10, 1903. Capt. John H. Kinner, fifty-seven years old, died last night from the effects of a self-inflicted wound. Capt. Kinner cut his throat on. March 16 while suffering from despondency. On the day that he committed the deed he received a letter from the owner of the yacht Montecito asking him to take command of the yacht for another season. He leaves a widow and two children.
