Re: Some organic acts to be retained in force
Whereas it is appropriate improve the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption, 2542 BE and retain it in force in order that the anti-corruption proceedings would go on without interruption, the Council for Democratic Reform hereby announces as follows:
Article1.The Organic Act on Anti-Corruption, 2542 BE shall continue to be in force, but the application of the provisions relating to recruitment shall be suspended.
Article2.The Organic Act on Criminal Procedure for Holders of Political Positions, 2542 BE shall continue to be in force.
Article3.The Anti-Corruption Commission under the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption, 2542 BE shall be composed of—

Article4.In the event that the President or a Member under article 3 has vacated office for any reason and the remaining Members are six or more, the Commission shall only be composed of the Members who remain.
If the President has vacated office, the remaining Members shall select one amongst themselves to replace the President.
In the event that Members have vacated office and the remaining Members are less than six, the Prime Minister shall recruit a number of persons to be approved by a legislative assembly and nominated to [the Monarch] for further appointment, or carry out the recruitment and appointment in accordance with the law in force at that time, as the case may be.
Article5.The President and Members under article 3 shall execute section 11 of the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption, 2542 BE within fifteen days from the effective day of this Announcement.
In the event that the persons under article 3 fail to carry out the action within the time limit under paragraph 1 or are unable to take office, the provisions of article 4 shall be applied mutatis mutandis.
