Re: Powers in public administration of State
Whereas certain laws contain provisions regarding the powers and duties of the Prime Minister and Ministers to execute laws, the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform hereby gives the following order for the sake of the said execution of laws:
Article1.During the vacancy of the position of Prime Minister, all the powers and duties which laws provide to be powers and duties of the Prime Minister or Cabinet shall become powers and duties of the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform or person(s) authorised by the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform.
Article2.During the vacancy of a position of Minister, all the powers and duties which laws provide to be powers and duties of the Minister in charge of any ministry shall become powers and duties of the permanent secretary to such ministry, save where otherwise ordered by the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform.
