The Civil and Commercial Code Amendment Act (No 17), 2550 BE, published in the Royal Gazette, legislation series, volume 125, number 9A, on 14 January 2551:

On page 42, in line 19, the phrase “Section 3. The text of section...in be repealed” shall be corrected to be “Section 3. The text of section...shall be repealed”.

This work is in the public domain worldwide because it originated in Thailand and is a work under section 7(1) of Thailand's Copyright Act, 2537 BE (1994) (WIPO translation), which provides:

  2. the constitution and legislation;
  3. regulations, bylaws, notifications, orders, explanations and official correspondence of the Ministries, Departments or any other government or local units;
  4. judicial decisions, orders, decisions and official reports;
  5. translations and collections of the materials referred to in items (1) to (4), made by the Ministries, Departments or any other government or local units.
