Note: The grounds for promulgation of this Act are as follows: Whereas it is appropriate to amend the fees under the schedule "rate of fees, costs of proceedings, and other expenses" at the end of the Immigration Act, 2522 BE, so as to allow the collection of fees for multiply usable visa stamping and applications for permission to reenter the Kingdom, and whereas the fees designated in the schedule "rate of fees, costs of proceedings, and other expenses" at the end of the Immigration Act, 2522 BE, as amended by the Immigration Act (No. 2), 2522 BE, are not suitable with the present situations and should also be amended for more suitability, it is therefore necessary to enact this Act.
