Prayer 47

Prayer for the myrtle wreath

Mark Lidzbarski3807182Mandaïsche Liturgien — Prayer 471920Wikisource
XLVII.
Secured, well-secured are the words of light
for the souls of this ascension.
Secured, well-secured, equipped,
well-armed, splendid and beautiful,
when the wreath of mysteries is erected
on the head of the souls of this ascent
until the great gate of the house of Abathur.
The great gate of the house of Abathur will be opened to them.
They will be made to dwell in the Škīnā of Abathur
and will be kept in hidden, well-kept garments.
And blessed be the life.

Commentary

[edit]
