Prayer of the myrtle wreath

Mark Lidzbarski3807214Mandaïsche Liturgien — Prayer 611920Wikisource
LXI.
The wreath of the worlds withers,
but the wreath of life is resplendent.
The wreath of the man of proven righteousness is erected
and shines on the head of those who love the name of Kuštā.
The wreath is from the earth of light,
the garment from the luminous dwelling.
The etheric wreath is erected with victories
and shines on the head of the souls of this ascent.
And the life is victorious.

Commentary

[edit]
This is the consecration of the wreath for the mass.
When you read about (several) souls,
read as it is written,
if the soul is one,
say "on the head of this soul of the NN".
