Statement regarding the land of Doña Catalina Baycan, seventy salapi.

In the town of Tondo, on the fifteenth day of the month of February, in the year one thousand six hundred and thirteen: I am Doña Catalina Baycan, a noble of Tondo. I have land shared with my sister, with Doña Cecilia. I sold to Don Andrés Capiit of Dilao for seventy salapi one half of that irrigable land. Our agreement with Don Andrés Piit is that if this land should come to a discussion, the one who will pay is Doña Catalina Baycan. And if that be so, the seventy salapi will be returned to Don Andrés Piit, and that land will be returned to Doña Catalina Baycan which is one half of the irrigable land that I sold. The proof and witnesses of our agreement are Don Agustín Casso and Doña María Guintoin who are married. I signed my name together with the witnesses. I, Luis Pagondatan, have written this.

Doña María Guinto. Doña Catalina Baycan. I, Luis Pagondatan, have written this. Don Agustín Casso.
