"He" - Apostomus vs. King Manasseh of Judah

I'd like to suggest (or make) an edit to this translation. The fifth calamity on the 17th of Tammuz states "and he set up an idol in the sanctuary", but because it reads "... Apostomos burned the Torah, and he set up an idol in the sanctuary" it reads, to me, that Apostomos set up an idol in the sanctuary. I understand that it follows as such in the original translation as well, but reading interpretation on this sentence's translation from the Talmud and other writings suggest that it was Manasseh of Judah that set up the idol in the temple.

Should it not be updated to either remove the "he" or include some form of bracketed commentary "...he (Apostomos or Manasseh of Judah)..."?
