Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 202 and U.S. 44 in Avon; thence overlapping U.S. 44 in a westerly direction to the intersection of SR 25 in Canton; thence overlapping SR 25 in a southwesterly direction to the intersection of U.S. 7 in New Milford; thence southerly overlapping U.S. 7 to the intersection of present U.S. 202 in Danbury.

Discontinue the U.S. 64 designation between Taos and Santa Fe and designate as U.S. 64 that route between Taos and Farmington over S.R. 111, 553 and 17 through Tres Piedras, Brazos, Manero and Bloomfield.

Relocate present U.S. 65 in Mason City to provide for a one-way pair on Delaware Street and Washington Street to replace present two-way route on Federal Avenue.
