SECTION Ⅰ The Department of Criminal Investigation is hereby established in the police bureau of the Government of Korea to perform the following functions:

| SECTION Ⅱ All duties, functions, records, property, and civilian personnel of the Finger Print Section of the Criminal Department of the Bureau of Justice are hereby transferred to the Bureau of Police |
| SECTION Ⅲ This order is effective 30 October 1945 |
