SECTION Ⅰ. All duties, functions, records, property and personnel of the Coast Guard of the Marine Section of the Bureau of Transportation of the Government of Korea except such as relate to Aids to Navigation(lighthouse service) are hereby transferred to the Office of the Director of National Defense of the Government of Korea.

SECTION Ⅱ. all duties, functions, records, property and civilian personnel of the Historical Research Division and the Modern Korean Code Drafting Division of the Bureau of Justice of the Government of Korea are hereby transferred to the General Affairs Section of the Secretariat of the Government of Korea.

SECTION Ⅲ. This order is effective at 2400, 18 January 1946
