DISSOLUTION OF THE CHOSUN STOCK EXCHANGE

SECTION Ⅰ. The Chosun Stock Exchange is hereby dissolved.

SECTION Ⅱ. The Chosun Trust Company is appointed liquidator of the Chosun Stock Exchange. Upon the final settlement of the affairs of the Chosun Stock Exchange the Chosun Trust Company will file a report with the Direction of the Financial Bureau of the Government of Korea.

SECTION Ⅲ. This ordinance is effective 2400. 16 January 1946.
