Chap. XIV.—An Act to remit the duties on a statue of George Washington.
Duties on a statue of George Washington remitted to North Carolina.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the duties which have been accrued, or may accrue fo the United States, upon the importation of a statue of George Washington, by order, and for the use, of the State of North Carolina, be, and they are hereby remitted.
