Chap. V.An Act to repeal the act entitled “An act to amend the act of the tenth of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight, entitled ‘An act to change the time of holding the circuit and district courts in the district of Ohio.’”

Act of 1st June 1842 repealed.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the act entitled “An act to amend the act of the tenth of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight, entitled ‘An act to change the time of holding the circuit and district courts in the district of Ohio,’” approved June 1st, one thousand eight hundred and forty-two, be, and the same is hereby, repealed:Proviso. Provided, That this act shall not take effect until from and after the next July term of said court at Cincinnati.
