Chap. VII.An Act to amend the act entitled “An act to establish branches of the Mint of the United States.”

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,How oath required by 3d section of act of 3d March 1835, ch. 39, may be taken. That the oath or affirmation required by the third section of an act passed March third, eighteen hundred and thirty-five, entitled “An act to establish branches of the Mint of the United States,” may be taken before any judge of the superior court, or of any court of record, in the State where the branch of which the person taking said oath is an officer or clerk, is situated.
