Chap. XLVI.—An Act for the relief of Willet Warne.
To be discharged from imprisonment.Be it enacted, &c., That Willet Warne, who is confined in prison in the city of Philadelphia, on a judgment obtained against him in favor of the United States, be discharged from his imprisonment: Provided, however, That any estate, real or personal, which the said Willet Warne may hereafter acquire, shall be liable to be taken in the same manner as if he had not been imprisoned and discharged.
