Chap. XIII.—An Act for the relief of William Piatt.
Account to be settled and paid.Be it enacted, &c., That the proper accounting officers of the war department be, and they are hereby authorized to adjust and settle the claim of William Piatt, and allow him the pay and emoluments of a deputy quartermaster-general in the army of the United States, from the seventeenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eleven, until the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand eight hundred and twelve, the amount whereof shall be paid to the said William Piatt, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
