Chap. V.An Act for the relief of Jonathan B. Eastman.

Account to be settled, &c.Be it enacted, &c., That the proper accounting officers of the war department be, and they are hereby authorized to audit and settle the accounts of Jonathan B. Eastman, district pay-master of the lakes, and to allow him, in the settlement thereof, such credits as may appear equitable and just.
