Chap. CXIII.—An Act for the relief of William Oliver.
Claim for destruction of his houses to be settled.Be it enacted, &c., That the additional accountant of the war department be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to audit and settle the claim of William Oliver, on account of the destruction of his houses, by order of the officer who commanded at Fort Wayne, in the year one thousand eight hundred and twelve; and he allow him, in the settlement thereof, the value of the said houses at that time.
Appropriation.Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the amount thereof, when ascertained as aforesaid, shall be paid to the said William Oliver, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
