Chap. II.—An Act to remit the duty on a painting presented to the Pennsylvania Hospital.

Duties on West’s painting remitted.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the duty secured to the United States on a painting lately presented by Benjamin West, president of the royal academy, London, to the Pennsylvania hospital, be, and the same is hereby, remitted.

Approved, January 14, 1818.
