Habit (William James)
[edit]I've added the publisher's logo to the title page, and set the Index to automatically generate the page headers. So, instead of having to fill in the page number and header each time, just delete the one page number that isn't needed (leaving a gap there). --EncycloPetey (talk) 02:05, 10 December 2017 (UTC)
