- However this is a translation of something which is in the public domain. The site does not hold copyright entitlements to the document. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs 11:49, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
- Also QUOTE: "P.O. Box: 19, Ryonhwa-dong 1, Central District, Pyongyang, DPR Korea" - the website is of a company within the DPRK, and is thus under the jurisdiction of DPRK Law. Thus, Article 12 and Article 32 must come into effect under law. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs 11:53, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
- (EC)it is noted as "Copyright (c) 2005 ∙KoryoPAT- Rainbow Patent & Trademark Agency ∙ All right reserved" It is my understanding that translations may be copyrighted. Do you have permission from the copyright holder to release it into the public domain? Also, as an unofficial translation and arguably 'unpublished', it may not comply with our inclusion policy. - I may be able to find the original in Korean, which would be PD under DPRK law, and have someone translate it themselves. Although I do find it hardly unlikely that the site would mark the translation as a tongue-in-cheek copyrighted document under its copyright notice, given its content. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs 12:09, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

- I opened a discussion at Wikisource:Possible copyright violations, if there nothing that contradicts that declaration it is likely to be speedily deleted. If no translation is available to us, you may find support for your other idea. Cygnis insignis (talk) 12:27, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

- For your information, I have opened a new discussion at Wikisource:Possible copyright violations. The copyright law was changed in 2006, and the wording of the current law is different. --Stefan2 (talk) 16:11, 7 January 2013 (UTC)
