I have grabbed, OCR'd, converted the files, uploaded them to Commons:, and just now created rough Index pages for them. You may wish to go and update those index pages with proper detail.

I will ask Mattwj2002 (talkcontribs) to bot the text into place. If it is preferable to copy and paste the text from the existing work, that is also feasible.
