This ticket link does not work for me. Has anything changed in the interface? Does the link work wor you? Ankry (talk) 06:05, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Ankry, I'm no longer on the OTRS ticket team, so I can't view it myself. -- Cirt (talk) 14:40, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Clarkcj12 -- can you help User:Ankry with fixing this? -- Cirt (talk) 14:40, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Ankry and Cirt I can't access now either, someone must of have moved it into a different queue after I got the thing. A queue that I don't have permission to access. --Clarkcj12 (talk) 14:53, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Never mind I fixed it, I had the wrong id. I put the ticket number instead of id. It works now. --Clarkcj12 (talk) 14:55, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
I think that both work if the ticket is closed; when it is open, only its id works. However the ticket is available to others via another interface. Bug or feature? I don't know. Ankry (talk) 22:24, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
