DNB articles
[edit]Thanks for the contributions, most recently to Pierrepont, Evelyn (1665?-1726) (DNB00). I added format which you can see in the history of Page:Dictionary of National Biography volume 45.djvu/270, in particular the small capitals with {{sc}}. (Also the page needed disambiguation.) - We should also point you towards Wikisource:WikiProject DNB where we hopefully have addressed questions that you may have about how we have been working with the DNB.
With sections, if you are using the new style
##blah blah blah##
these are only need to be entered at the start of each new section; as they are closed by the start of a new section, or #### (4x#) or the end of the page. The alternative section tags, eg. <section begin="Leveson-Gower, Harriet Elizabeth Georgiana (1806-1866)"/> do need to open and close. — billinghurst sDrewth 14:37, 15 July 2011 (UTC)- Even easier way to link from an author page is using {{DNB link|Gower, John}}. We are lazy with so many to do. — billinghurst sDrewth 14:10, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
