Formatting

[edit]

Please be aware, when you are proofreading, and especially when you are validating, pages, to conform to standard methods of formatting. For example:

  • On this page, the text “Chatuḥkāya of the Trimūrti. Pedjeng. Middle-Balinese Period (13th and 14th Centuries)” is in Small-caps; to render this text, use {{sc}}.
  • On this page, you have marked the running header ({{rh}}) as bold ('''text'''); this is not the case, and such text should not be marked in that manner.
  • On this page, the em-dashes (—) are spaced from the text (e. g., word — word); there should not be a space (e. g., word—word).
  • On this page, you have marked a reference—the “[See also Essay II, §§ 96 seqq.]” at the bottom of the page— as normal text. References should be written out where they appear in the text, like this: <ref>[See also Essay II, §§ 96 seqq.]</ref>. Then, at the bottom of the page, where you have currently placed the reference, you should place <references />.

There are other problems, but I believe, as a whole, you need to pay more attention to the scanned image when you proofread, and especially validate, a page. I thank you for your proofreading efforts, and hope that you can continue to work. TE(æ)A,ea. (talk) 23:30, 8 May 2020 (UTC).Reply
