Can you show me where the spam link is, so I can correct it? Thanks. O'Falen U. DaBase (talk) 02:38, 29 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
I have removed it already. Wikia is a commercial site. --EncycloPetey (talk) 03:06, 29 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for the updates. I am ensuring that linking goes to w: (wikipedia). O'Falen U. DaBase (talk) 03:08, 29 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

File: ↔ Index: ↔ Page: pages

[edit]

It is unfortunate that one of my colleagues did not add a welcome message with our helpful links to your page. It contains good information for newbies. Worthwhile reading the bit about working from scans, and you will see that there is a naming alignment required for a File: at Commons, an Index: page, and its subsidiary Page: with transcriptions. It is really valuable getting the file uploads right at the beginning, all the required pages, etc., then picking a name, as afterwards it is a little painful trying to realign things. Hi thank you so much for this information. Much appreciated. O'Falen U. DaBase (talk) 22:44, 1 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
