Unlike Wikipedia, the Wikisource community is unlikely to notice or respond to a request posted on a talk page. Nearly all Wikisource community discussions occur in the Scriptorium. It would be better to post your proposal there. --EncycloPetey (talk) 04:46, 30 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
