Duplicates

What is the purpose of the "Duplicates below" section? John Vandenberg ^(chat) 02:36, 1 October 2008 (UTC)

Psychless added a whole list of projects, which needs to be sorted, but some are duplicated. I already removed a few. Yann (talk) 11:08, 4 October 2008 (UTC)

Does this have a djvu text layer?

How does one tell if a particular djvu file has a text layer? If I have to I'll copy/paste the text of Index:Letters of John Andrews.djvu (from the internet archive), but I'm not sure if I have to or not. Thanks! --Spangineer^wp (háblame) 20:21, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

With Djvu Libre, file.txt will get the text layer. It will be empty if there is none. All files from IA, as far as I know, have a text layer. Yann (talk) 20:36, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

In general, if the Internet Archive has both a DjVu and OCR text for a work, then you can rely on the OCR being embedded in the DjVu. Hesperian 22:27, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
