Polio Fails To Stop Snuffy's Owners. Polio almost prevented these three youngsters from entering their pet pup, Snuffy, in the Rotary Club mutt show Saturday. Teddy, John and Ruth Lindauer, children of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Lindauer of 4620 North 10th street, all were stricken with the disease in September. Complete recovery of all of them makes it possible for them to enter Snuffy in competition for the best wagon puller.
